Talladega in the first half committed 15 turnovers to only take a 43-37 halftime lead.  The second was a different story as Talladega went on a 24-6 run to take commanding 67-43 lead.  The closest Rust could get the final period was 18 points.

Tamiko Rounds and Morgan Bennett led the way for Talladega with doubles-doubles. Rounds 30 points with 12 rebounds and Bennett 22 points with 10 rebounds,

Talladega shot 58% from the field for the game, making 38-65 shots. While Rust shot 35 % making 23-65 shots.  Talladadega dominated the boards outrebounding Rust 47-24.
